Baldur’s Gate 3 e Alan Wake 2 sono in testa con 8 nomination ciascuno in tutte le categorie

Alan Wake 2, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Resident Evil 4, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Baldur’s Gate 3 e Super Mario Bros. Wonder sono in lizza per il premio più prestigioso dei Game Awards, Gioco dell’Anno, ha annunciato Geoff Keighley lunedì.

Sia Baldur’s Gate 3 che Alan Wake 2 guidano la lista con otto nomination in tutte le categorie, seguiti da Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 con sette, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom e Super Mario Bros. Wonder con cinque, e Resident Evil 4 con tre.

È un anno importante per Nintendo, con un totale di 15 nomination. Segue PlayStation con 13; Xbox con 10; Epic Games con nove; Capcom, Larian e Square Enix tutte con otto; Electronic Arts con sei; e CD Projekt Red e Riot Games con quattro nomination. Tuttavia, è da notare l’assenza di Bethesda Softworks’ Starfield nella maggior parte delle categorie, che ha ricevuto solo una nomination nella categoria del miglior gioco di ruolo.

I Game Awards saranno trasmessi in diretta il 7 dicembre dal Microsoft Theater di Los Angeles. Oltre ai premi, si prevede anche che Keighley presenterà molti trailer di videogiochi. Anche se il 2023 ha avuto un elenco indubbiamente fantastico di uscite di videogiochi, è stato anche un anno difficile per l’industria e i suoi lavoratori; più di 6.000 persone sono state licenziate dai lavori nell’industria dei videogiochi quest’anno.
